What's the Price?

The cost is a flat rate of $8.75/lb. This includes processing, grinding, cuts, roasts, and vacuum packing in 1-2.5 pound packages.

What's Included?

Customers are not able to choose specific cuts. The beef is processed and if you order a half beef, you will receive half the available steaks, half the roasts, half the ground beef, patties, etc. taken from the beef. If you order a quarter beef, you will received a quarter of everything.

Our quarter beef from Windmill Harvest has been amazing! Every cut has been top quality — the burgers are the best we’ve ever had, so juicy and full of flavor. We even tried the kielbasa, and now ‘kielbasa and noodles’ is a weekly dinner at our house. It’s rare for all four of our kids to agree on a meal, but this one’s a winner!
